Spaces Boxes Mac OS
I have sensory and proprioceptive/coordination problems.
Work in multiple spaces on Mac If the desktop on your Mac gets cluttered with open app windows, you can use Mission Control to create additional desktops, called spaces, to organize the windows. When you work in a space, you see only the windows that are in that space. Operating System macOS 10.13 High Sierra Apple MacBook Air MJVM2LL/A 11.6 Inch Laptop (Intel Core i5 Dual-Core 1.6GHz up to 2.7GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Integrated Intel HD Graphics 6000, Mac OS) (Renewed).
You can put the Mac in Recovery Mode and execute steps to free up space. You can check out the steps below. Reboot Mac and hold 'Control + R' while it boots. The Mac will enter Recovery Mode.
If I can't disable gestures, I can't avoid accidentally triggering gestures, most of which (a) hurt my eyes and trigger my migraines and (b) screw things up and make things hard to restore. I stuck a book in front of the animation, and disabled most gestures, but apparently, had no option to disable whichever gesture starts spaces.

I slipped while scrolling, everything zoomed out, and now Firefox is in 'Desktop 2.'
How do I get things back to 'Desktop 1,' without going through zooming, and disable 'Spaces,' so I don't get hit by more zooming?
